Texas South Section - USPSA

Texas South Section (TSS) is the USPSA chapter of the Southeastern corner of Texas and is composed of several shooting clubs in southern Texas. We compete with firearms and live ammunition is used in a practical-style competition using paper and steel targets. Occasionally clubs host shotgun and rifle competitions too. Although the spirit of competition is important, SAFETY is always our main goal. Texas South Section is part of Area 4 , USPSA and IPSC.

July 29th is a fifth Saturday, which means that Greenwood Practical Shooters will be hosting a 3-gun match (pistol, AR or similar rifle, shotgun) and picnic.  After the shooting, Match Director Bill Hunter will be serving his famous chili. Hammer down will be at 9:30 am.  Round count: shotgun - 20; rifle - 40; pistol - 60.  Entry fee is $25, and proceeds will go to pro-gun organizations.  This is always a great match, so come out and shoot.

Following a successful trial, RangeMasters is now allowing PCC on a permanent basis. A chamber safety flag for your carbine is a MUST!

Experience the excitement and competition of being a part of USPSA! Clubs and events are located throughout the US and chances are - there's a club or match near you.
